This brewer was highly recommended to me and now I understand why. I tried many of their recipes and was impressed with their subtlety and quality. Their grape/beer hybrid recipes and are wonderful. I went to Montpellier solely to visit several brewers and this one was probably my favorite. I only regret that I could not take more bottles with me
